Delivery
At the moment we deliver to the Republic of Ireland. Should you require delivery to an address outside the jurisdiction please contact us and we can arrange.
If the product you ordered is in stock we will endeavour to dispatch it within 24 hours of the order being received.
As there is such a large selection of products available on our website we are not in a position to hold all stock in store. It is our policy to only display and advertise the product that we can deliver on short lead times. Non stock items we expect to be in a position to dispatch within 3 to 5 working days.
Please note however, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur outside of our control. In the unfortunate circumstances where an item falls outside of these lead times we will be in contact as soon as we are made aware of an issue to advise on adjusted lead times or offer an alternative solution.
At the time of delivery you will be required to validly sign off on the delivery of the products, after which time they become your sole responsibility.
Any dates specified are approximate. If delivery is delayed for more than 21 days, you have the right to contact us and cancel the order. We will refund to you any money paid for the products and delivery. However, we will not be responsible for any losses, costs, damages or charges that you may suffer if there is a delay in supplying or the products are not supplied.
Delivery Charges
Standard delivery is free for orders over €100. Standard delivery should take 2-4 working days. For orders under €100 there is a delivery charge of €10. For small parcel deliveries, i.e. haberdashery delivery is €3 per parcel.
For the purpose of delivery working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
