Conformity of Goods.
Specification supplied give an approximate description of the goods. They are not intended to be binding and give a general description of the goods.
Colour reproduction is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software used to view the products or for slight shade variations in fabrics. When buying multiple sets of readymade curtains it is not possible to guarantee matching repeat patterns from one set to the next.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. You have 30 days to return products to us within 30 days of receipt.
Should you wish to return your items we can refund or replace the goods for you, provided the goods are unopened in their original packaging and condition. If any products are not returned in a fully resaleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a fund on the product.
Items found to be faulty can be returned to us outside this time period. However if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed and the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse we cannot accept return of the product.
Readymade curtains cannot be returned if the heading tape has been pulled.
We do not accept returns for fabric sold by the metre or for certain special order items.

Please be aware for products that are not faulty we will not refund the postage paid on delivery or on returning the item to us. We strongly advise you send any returns by registered post as we cannot be held responsible should an item not be returned in its original condition.
If you decide before an item has been dispatched that you wish to cancel the order, that is no problem, just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once we have agreed to replace or refund any items, they will be processed within 24 hours. Please note, refund times may vary depending on banks. We will only refund to the card used when the order was initially placed.
Order and Collect in Store
You are more than welcome to collect your order in store once you have placed an order with us. There is a COLLECT option when you are choosing your delivery method. We ask you click this and leave a note stating when you would like to collect your order. We will endeavour to have the items in store for you when you arrive, however if the items are not is stock we will notify you. If you are in a hurry with your order please do contact us and we will do our best to get the items to you as soon as possible.
